The Schemoryn Story

Structure gives automation something worth remembering.

Schemoryn was built around a business systems idea: automation works best when processes are understood, logic is intentional, and technology is connected to how people actually work.

The name

A name designed around systems thinking.

Schemoryn is intended to evoke schema, structure, memory, and engineered logic—the ideas that make reliable automation possible. It represents systems that preserve process knowledge, apply repeatable logic, and help an organization operate with greater consistency.

The name is deliberately technical without being tied to one vendor, platform, or generation of AI. Schemoryn is about the architecture of better work.

What the brand stands for

Schema: define the structure.
Logic: define the decisions.
Memory: preserve knowledge and context.
Automation: execute repeatably at scale.
Human judgment: stay involved where judgment creates value.
Brand idea

Logic Overcomes Repetition.

The tagline captures the purpose of Schemoryn in four words. Repetition consumes capacity, introduces inconsistency, delays decisions, and keeps skilled people occupied with work systems can often handle better.

From Manual to Automated

Move routine execution out of inboxes, spreadsheets, and memory and into dependable workflows.

From Disconnected to Integrated

Bring systems and data together so work flows across the organization instead of stopping at application boundaries.

From Reactive to Intelligent

Use context, rules, AI, and escalation paths so systems can assist decisions without removing responsible human control.

About the Founder

Greg Reeves

Founder, Schemoryn Automation

I started Schemoryn Automation because I’ve always enjoyed solving problems, improving the way work gets done, and finding better ways for technology to support people.

Throughout my career in business systems and enterprise technology, I’ve seen firsthand how much time can be lost to repetitive tasks, manual processes, disconnected systems, and workarounds that simply become “the way we’ve always done it.” I’ve also seen the difference it makes when the right technology is applied to the right problem.

For me, automation isn’t about chasing the latest technology or replacing people. It’s about helping people spend less time on work that doesn’t require their talent and more time serving customers, solving problems, making decisions, and moving the business forward.

Why I Built Schemoryn

Over the years, I’ve worked with business systems, enterprise applications, ERP platforms, integrations, workflow automation, document management, workforce technology, and large-scale transformation initiatives. I also hold an AI Automation certification, allowing me to combine that experience with today’s AI and intelligent automation capabilities.

Schemoryn is built around relationships, understanding the problem before recommending the solution, and creating something that genuinely makes a business better.

Logic Overcomes Repetition.

Principles

How the brand should behave in the real world.

Engineer, Don’t Improvise

Understand current state, constraints, exceptions, dependencies, and expected outcomes before building.

Value Before Novelty

Use AI or automation because it improves the business—not because it happens to be new.

Human Intelligence. Amplified.

Automation should increase the leverage of capable people, not remove judgment where judgment is necessary.

Design for Reality

Account for imperfect data, exceptions, changing policies, integrations, support, and adoption.

Measure the Outcome

Time saved, cycle time, quality, throughput, customer experience, risk, and capacity should be visible.

Improve Continuously

A production automation is an operating asset. Monitor it, refine it, and expand it as the organization learns.
